Originally formed in 2001 and based in Bradford city centre, our staff are highly experienced in delivering services to schools.

The Helpdesk

The Education ICT Helpdesk provide professional and friendly remote support and advice on all manner of day-to-day issues as well as acting as a first point of contact for all enquiries.

Applications Support

Our dedicated and knowledgeable Applications Support Team, several of whom have previously worked in schools, provide support in Capita SIMS and Arbor.  They also host training courses in a classroom environment at our Bradford city centre offices, overview sessions at Bingley Town Hall, and bespoke on-site training visits to schools.

Each month the Applications Support Team create a Monthly Update (Green Update) which gives the latest updates on SIMS and FMS, hints and tips and information about upcoming courses being run by Education ICT.  You can find it by logging into BSO using this link: https://bso.bradford.gov.uk/Login/Login.aspx

Engineers

We also have a team of certified Engineers who carry out site visits, install and configure new hardware and software, provide quotes for new equipment to meet the needs of our subscribing schools and support the other teams to resolve more difficult issues.

We offer a range of support packages and training courses to suit the needs of your school.

'The service we have received this week from your engineer as been 'first class'. He dealt with the situation promptly and kept us informed at all stages. He explained what he thought was the problem with our server and also what he was going to do, to try and rectify the situation. He also liaised with our third party ICT provider swiftly to sort the situation and even re-scheduled some of his own workload to get our server up and running as quickly as he could.'

A 5* service.
