Using our remote access platforms Centrastage and Logmein Rescue, we are able to offer remote support to you. This enables us, in most cases, to access your computer at your desk and view your screen with your permission in order to examine and resolve problems there and then as well as offer advice and guidance over the phone.
In the case of more serious problems, such as hardware failure, our experienced team of engineers can visit your school to resolve problems on site or recover hardware to our workshop in order to carry out lengthier work.
We are also able to carry out planned maintenance, upgrades, hardware replacements and installations - including full server builds to your requirements - as well as provide advice and obtain quotations on suitable hardware to meet the needs of your school.
Our hours of business are
Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5pm
Friday: 8am to 4.30pm
(excluding Bank Holidays)
Calls to our Helpdesk outside of these hours will be recorded by our voicemail system and addressed as soon as possible during the next working day.
