We offer a range of support packages to meet the needs of your school.
Our support packages are divided into Admin, Curriculum and Admin Primary Academy. Admin package covers support for the devices used by your school’s office and include support and training for Capita SIMS and FMS. Curriculum package covers support for devices used in your school’s classroom environment by teachers and pupils. Admin Primary Academy package is a stripped back version of the Admin package. It includes most of the same normal support though training and visits are not included. *These can be purchased at an extra cost. All packages include our remote backup service and Logmein licenses.
We also offer a SIMS in the Classroom package for schools who use SIMS on teachers’ machines and require support on this application only on curriculum devices. This is intended as a top-up for schools who buy Admin support from us only.
Our remote backup service is also available to buy as a standalone offer.

Pricing for our support packages is scaled according to the size of your school and is calculated on a per-pupil basis. Please contact us for quote.
